Product Introduction:
Prime 95B: The Prime 95B Science Grade (sCMOS) camera series performs better than cameras. This series includes multiple back illuminated sCMOS cameras that provide 95% quantum efficiency, high sensitivity, and high frame rate.
1. Sensitivity:
The Prime 95B back illuminated sCMOS camera achieves near perfect 95% quantum efficiency.
By allowing light to enter the sensor from the back, photons directly fall on the light receiving surface, greatly improving the light collection capability. Combined with a larger 11 µ m pixel size, the camera technology has the same sensitivity as EM, but with higher stability, faster speed, and no gain aging issues.
2. Excellent background quality:
The Prime 95B features Pattern Noise Reduction Technology and Related Noise Reduction Technology, ensuring clear, pattern free, and pixel defect free images for higher image quality in low light conditions.
3. Multiple perspectives:
The Prime 95B offers diagonal views of 18.8, 22, or 25 mm. Larger format sensors can increase throughput, maximize the amount of data captured, and fully utilize new microscopes with larger fields of view.
4. Function:
Prime 95B offers two data reduction technologies: PrimeLocale and Multi ROI.
PrimeLocale can also be extended to provide real-time particle tracking functionality on the camera, allowing for early understanding of the dynamic characteristics of moving molecules in single-molecule tracking applications.
The PrimeEnhance active noise reduction function improves the signal-to-noise ratio in real-time by reducing the impact of photon scattering noise under low light levels.
5. Trigger
Sequential Multiple Acquisition Real Time (SMART) Streaming enables the Prime 95B to capture continuous image sequences while cyclically displaying 16 pre programmed exposure time values, providing faster multi-channel acquisition times.
The Prime 95B also supports up to four exposure signals and has an effective global shutter.
Prime BSI:The Prime BSI scientific grade CMOS (sCMOS) camera achieves a perfect balance between high-resolution imaging and sensitivity through optimized pixel design and nearly perfect 95% quantum efficiency.
